His rhythmic grunting was punctuated every once in a while by the creaking of the car’s seats. The stench of his sweat filled my senses till I couldn’t even pretend to enjoy it. Something caught my eye – a glowing signboard that said “service” – and I couldn’t stop laughing at the irony of it all.
My first submission for Sonya’s Three Line Tales. Hope you like it!

It works.
A lot of people write about sex for sex’s sake, and that’s boring, but you’ve got an angle – something to say.

When I read the books, sex is something so different. Just like love. But in reality I’ve found that I can’t have that mills and boons experience. It is just two people trying to connect.

I don’t see sex as a part of love – just as a thing two people do if they feel like it. Love, on the other hand, is divine and selfless.
I loved – truly loved – only one man. Our relationship was non-sexual. Then it was ruined by sex. It’s what gave me the strength to walk away from him forever – the next day. I’d always known I should – that he’d be better off without me.
Yes, I know I’m peculiar.
